Photographing weddings is my jam, especially when they are happening in Windsor, Berkshire! So I was super excited when Kate and Gary booked me to photograph their wedding at The Castle Hotel, WIndsor, just a stone’s throw from Windsor Castle.

And I knew this wedding day was going to be really special - the wedding couple had had to postpone so many times but at last, this August wedding date came around and this special day began.

I met Gary at the church where their ceremony was to take place, St. Jude's United Church in Egham, and managed to capture some photos of Gary with his two best men, before the guests began to arrive.

When Kate arrived, accompanied by her 2 bridesmaids and flower girl, she looked fabulous, and soon the ceremony began.

It was a lovely ceremony, and then the rain had stopped, so we were all able to go outside for hugs and kisses, group photographs and lots of confetti!

And then we were all off to The Castle Hotel in Windsor where delicious canapes and drinks were waiting for us.

The Wedding Breakfast room at The Castle Hotel is a fabulous room. It has huge windows which fill the room with fabulous natural light giving a light and airy space. And the tables and chairs were decorated beautifully with lovely fresh flowers.

After the Wedding Breakfast, it was time for the speeches and lots of laughter and clapping followed and soon it was time for Gary and Kate to cut their wedding cake.

We had time to pop outside for some photographs outside The Castle Hotel, in the early evening, just before dusk which brought us to the end of a fabulous day.
